Users registering as Coaches or Meet Directors warrant that they possess legitimate authority from their school, district, athletic department, or club organization to manage team rosters, enter official meet scores, and conduct weigh-in certifications.
Visiting coaches accessing MatTime via a Guest Event Pass (`/join?token=...`) receive temporary authorization to submit lineups and view match results strictly for the duration of the invited meet.
You may cancel your subscription at any time with zero cancellation penalties. Upon cancellation, you retain full access to paid features until the end of your current paid billing period.

MatTime calculates folkstyle and NCAA scoring rules (including 15-point technical falls, +3 takedowns, and NFHS 1.5% weekly Minimum Wrestling Weight descent plans) based on user inputs.
While MatTime strives for 100% algorithmic precision, official meet decisions remain under the jurisdiction of the licensed meet referee and state high school athletic association.
The MatTime name, logo, software code, user interface designs, and algorithms are the proprietary property of Crypto Software Consulting LLC d/b/a MatTime and are protected under United States and international copyright and trademark laws.
User-Submitted Content & Live Streams: Coaches and users may embed external video feeds (such as YouTube Live streams) or upload athlete photos. Users represent and warrant that they possess all necessary rights, licenses, or permissions for all submitted content.

Wrestling is an intense physical contact sport. MatTime is an administrative and scorekeeping software platform—not a medical organization, physician, or certified athletic trainer.
Calculations such as the NFHS 1.5% weekly descent plan and Minimum Wrestling Weight (MWW) guidelines are provided strictly as administrative calculation aids based on standard published guidelines. They do not constitute medical advice or certification of an athlete's physical condition.
Certified weight clearances, body fat assessments, hydration testing, skin checks, and return-to-play protocols must be conducted and approved by certified medical practitioners and sanctioned school athletic staff in compliance with state athletic association bylaws.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MatTime and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, scoring disputes, lost tournament revenue, or physical injuries sustained during athletic competition.
In no event shall MatTime's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service exceed the greater of $100 or the total subscription fees paid by you to MatTime in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
